HEALTH
GUARANTEE
We certify
that all puppies sold will be in good general health
at the time of sale. All puppies sold will be current
on all shots and de-wormed as of the date of sale.
We guarantee
all puppies sold by us to remain free from life threatening
congenital defects for the period of One Year from the
date of birth.
A Veterinarian
will examine all puppies before ownership is transferred
to the buyer and will come with a State of Kansas Health
Certificate signed by our veterinarian if shipped.
Spring Valley
accepts no responsibility for the death or illness of
animals, which may be brought on by or as a direct result
of shipping or exposure to other animals or environments.
The buyer
will have 48 hours from the time they receive their
puppy to have it examined by a veterinarian of their
choice. If the veterinarian finds the puppy to be in
poor health in that 48 hours, Spring Valley will, upon
the return of the puppy, refund the purchase price or
replace the puppy with a puppy of equal value. All expenses
incurred by the buyer on returning any puppy to Spring
Valley will be the responsibility of the buyer. Replacement
puppies may be picked up from us at a pre-determined
meeting place or they will be shipped to the buyer at
the buyer's expense.
All puppies
are sold as pets only and there is no guarantee of breeding
or show ability.
The puppy
must receive veterinary care at periodic intervals to
include but not be limited to regular health check-ups,
worming and the continuation of the vaccination series
for the health guarantee to be valid.
If it is
discovered that your puppy has some serious genetic
defect, within the guaranteed period, by a veterinarian
we will replace your original bulldog with another bulldog
that we feel has equal value to that of your original
puppy.
In the unfortunate
event of the puppy’s death, an autopsy is required
and a copy of the findings sent to Spring Valley’s
vet.
Replacement
puppies delivered under this Guarantee will be covered
by the same guarantee as the original puppy.
Seller is
not responsible for any third party veterinary or laboratory
bills incurred by you at any time.
Any health
disputes regarding your puppy, which may occur, will
be presented to seller’s veterinarian who will
make the final decisions or determinations on such issues.
This Guarantee
accrues to the benefit of the original purchaser only.
It is not transferable and will become null and void
if any interest in the puppy is sold, leased, in any
other way transferred to a third party or if the puppy
is no longer under the direct care, custody and control
of the original buyer unless permission to do so in
writing has first been obtained from seller.
